A modernisation of Exercise using VR and Machine Learning and Deep Learning Algorithm
The Vitality-VR project presents an innovative VR game that addresses health issues. Using Oculus Quest's immersive features, the game offers personalized experiences based on user input such as eating habits and targeted exercise. Game data is stored in CSV format and analyzed using DNN hosted on Google Cloud. The MERN stack implements a smooth UI/UX. Integration with the Strava API tracks real-world distances, enhancing the experience and providing valuable training insights. This innovative VR gaming solution aims to promote healthier lifestyles and respond to health challenges.
This article presents the technical components and design possibilities of Vitality-VR, highlighting its impact on health and well-being. Combining VR, DNN analysis and real data tracking via the Strava API, the project offers a new approach to gamified health interventions. The results show that combining new technologies can promote positive changes in behavior and promote an active lifestyle. Vitality-VR has the potential to transform healthcare and offers a promising opportunity to use VR and advanced data analysis techniques.
